I had try many times to download softwares for my ATT 8525 phone, but when i installing it, it always says “not the right application” how can i find the right application to install for my phone.

i have the same phone. this problem happens if you try to download directly onto your phone. Instead you need to download the application onto you computer and use the USB connector wire to install the application from you desktop/laptop to your cell phone.
In the process of installing it the PC converts the file into something the phone understands.
So dl onto your desktop. open file. that should open the PC/Cell synch software. follow what it tells you to do and you should be golden.
